Cycle Helmets

Lesson: Personal, Social and Emotional Education

Class: Owls 5/6 Year: 2022 - 2023

The Owls had a visit from MrsStreet who spoke to us about the importance of wearing a helmet when cycling. She showed the impact of not wearing a helmet using an egg. She put a mini-helmet onto an egg before dropping it. It didn't smash this time!

We learnt how wearing a helmet can save your life, if you are involved in an accident. Some pupils had a chance to try on different cycle helmets.
